Cancellations: Use our chat feature to cancel your booking. We will contact you the day before your booking, by text message, if you do not respond to us within 12 hours, your booking will be cancelled. We will also message you 1 hour before the doll is out for delivery, if you do not respond to confirm that you will be available to receive, delivery will be cancelled.
