Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled after being placed. Once we begin processing your order, cancellations are not accepted. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
All toys are considered personal-use products. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and cannot be returned or resold. For this reason, all sales are final, except in cases of defect or order error.
Defective Products
